After completing a Bookkeeping Diploma at Damelin in South Africa, Liza Casteller went on to running her own small bookkeeping business in SA until emigrating from there to the United Kingdom in 2003. In the UK Liza joined Profiles Personnel as their Finance Manager for 4 years before becoming self-employed and running her own bookkeeping business providing services to small & medium companies as well as working as a subcontractor for a local firm of accountants.

In 2014 an important decision was made to join forces with Viv & Sue and Visualize Office Services was founded. This year Liza is studying part time for her AAT diploma in Accountancy whilst helping grow Visualize.

Sue enjoyed her ‘career’ as a full time mum immensely, but once the family were off to secondary school it was time to seriously venture back into the workplace.  The airline industry beckoned and the next decade was spent working as a PA/Secretary to directors & senior managers in a fast paced, exciting environment.

In recent years Sue has expanded her skills into financial administration and general management roles covering a wide range of tasks from managing day to day office activities, overseeing the preparation and maintenance of safety manuals and trade accreditations to payroll and bookkeeping services. The decision to join Viv and Liza in setting up Visualize Office Solutions was an easy one.  The opportunity to pool skills and offer a variety of services in a professional & friendly manner with a fresh, new approach was not to be missed!

Viv

Viv has a grand total of over thirty years’ experience in accounting. After having her daughter in 1983 Viv went back to work as a self-employed bookkeeper.  By 1990 Viv was spending the majority of her time with an established firm of accountants bookkeeping and preparing accounts for their substantial portfolio of clients.

Her success with this company led to a directorship in 2006.  During this period Viv was involved in the accounts preparation for a wide range of commercial businesses both large and small. Viv’s proven skills bring a wealth of knowledge and management experience to the business.
